WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it from our supplier.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
Once the returned item is received, inspected, and confirmed to be unopened, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method. All customers must contact us after sending the return and provide tracking information (Track & Trace) so we can process the refund.
Please note that most financial institutions take an average of 3–5 business days to process refunds.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. If you return a package, you must register it with a Track & Trace code and send us this information. If a package is lost or has no tracking code, we are not responsible for lost returns. Please note that the return address is in China, and return shipping costs may be high.
