Shipping and delivery

Since the products are delivered directly by the supplier, you save significantly on transport and storage costs. As the products are shipped directly from the supplier, the delivery time is longer than usual, but you benefit from the lowest prices.

Due to a change in supplier, the delivery of some products may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our supplier processes orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within two business days and shipped the following day. The average delivery time is 7 to 14 days. The supplier does not deliver on weekends. During peak demand periods, processing times may exceed three days.

Please ensure that all delivery details are correctly entered when placing your order. If these details are incorrect or missing, we will need to contact you, which could delay your order. There may also be delays due to customs clearance.
